STEVE WOLINSKI BIO Steve Wolinski, MS, LP, is a licensed psychologist with significant experience in the delivery of assessments that guide organizations in the selection and development of leaders. He is well versed in state-of-the-art personality, cognitive and interpersonal measures, and has created and facilitated numerous leadership training programs, assessment centers, and competency models. As a coach, Steve has worked with an array of mid to senior leaders, individually and in groups. His approach to coaching is insight-oriented, results-focused, strength-based, and grounded in action-learning. Steve is a seasoned consultant and partners with clients to ascertain their unique needs and challenges, and then develops and implements services that are clearly aligned with the the organization's vision, strategy, and goals. He provides consulting in the areas of strategic planning, team development, family business consulting, capacity building, and organizational change. Steve has held positions with Target, the University of Minnesota, and global consulting firms YSC and SHL. As the principal of WSC, he has experience with an array of industries and organizations, including everything from Fortune 100 companies, mid-size businesses, and non-profit organizations. His education background includes a BA from the University of Minnesota, an MS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, and doctoral work in clinical psychology from the University of St. Thomas, and organizational psychology from the University of Tilburg.
